Blanc de Noirs 2025 – IGP Côtes Catalanes

Made from old Grenache Noir (60%) and Carignan Noir (40%) vines, this Blanc de Noirs reveals all the finesse of black grapes vinified as white wine. Grown organically and biodynamically on high-altitude (650m) granitic soils, it expresses beautiful purity and great freshness.

On the nose, delicate notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, a fine and elegant texture, supported by subtle minerality and a fresh, luminous finish.

Harvested by hand, vinified with indigenous yeasts, and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, this wine combines precision, freshness, and an expression of the terroir.

Alc. 12.5% – Limited production: 4,800 bottles
