LÀ-HAUT 2025 - Organic & Biodynamic High-Altitude Red Wine

IGP Côtes Catalanes – “Là-Haut” 2025 – 100% Organic Carignan

High-altitude cuvée (700 m) from Mas Llossanes, an artisanal estate located at the foot of Mount Canigou, in the Catalan Pyrenees. Old Carignan vines (50–70 years old) planted on schist and granitic sand, cultivated using organic and biodynamic farming methods.

Spontaneous fermentation (indigenous yeasts), without added sulfites during winemaking and aging. Gentle maceration, delicate extraction, aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's brilliance and the purity of the grape variety.

Nose of cherry and blueberry, subtle notes of pepper and peony. Supple and fresh on the palate, fine and light tannic structure, fruity and digestible finish.

Ideal with Mediterranean cuisine, light dishes, and white meats.
